Held Friday and Saturday of the second weekend each July, the Cowboy Capital Art Festivals celebrate the arts and also mark the anniversary of Howard and Harvey Kenfield's gift to the Foundation! Over 30 artists from several states display, demonstrate and offer their creations for sale.
