Upon Howard and Harvey Kenfield's donation to the the foundation, a non-profit corporation, "Friends of the Kenfield Gallery" was formed and has, as its stockholders, various community organizations: Ogallala Regional Arts Council, Keith County Commissioners, City of Ogallala, Keith County Community Foundation, Ogallala Public Schools, Keith County Visitors Committee, Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and two members-at-large.
